Formula production process Company Standards

(Standard Formula)

1. Order products for trial use, price 150 baht per piece (1 week)

• Cream, size 20 grams
• Serum size 15 ml.
• Lotion, size 30 grams

2. Confirm the original recipe and pay 50% of the total (2-3 weeks)

• Customers confirm the formula code according to the label.
• The customer makes a 50% deposit according to the product information.
• Customers inform the brand name and product name.
• The customer informs the design that the customer wants (sample design)
• Graphic team designs logos (1-2 days) and packaging (3-5 days).
• Sales team checks employer registration (if not registered, there will be a 1,500 baht employer registration fee)

3. The research team will register with the FDA within 7-14 days (2-3 week)

4. Customer confirms packaging and design for production order (4 week)

• Box 7-14 days
• Order packaging 3-5 days

5. Product production process in case of receiving complete equipment (box/packaging) (5 week)

• Product production is completed within 7 days from the date of completion.

6. The sales team informs of the product pickup date and takes photos of the product to prepare for delivery (6 week).

• The sales team informed of the remaining payment.
• The customer pays the remaining amount minus the formula development deposit.
• Next day delivery

• Design work 3-5 days from the day of sending the sample and finalizing the packaging.
• FDA notification 7-14 days

Formula development product manufacturing process

(New Product Development)

1. Formula development deposit 5,350 baht (1 week)

• Make the recipe in 3-7 days.
• Adjust the recipe 2 times.
• Sample quantity : Cream: 20 grams, 3 pieces; Serum: 10 ml., 3 pieces; Lotion: 20 grams, 3 pieces

• The customer makes a deposit of 50% of the product value.
